Zpoll: September 18th, 2005
1. Texas
One of the best teams in the country, and a good win last week against Ohio State.
Big Q: Can they beat Oklahoma?
2. Virginia Tech
Another good team, the defending champ of the ACC. The team got a good W against N.C. State on Opening Day. Their D is awesome, with Back-To Back shutouts.
Big Q: Can they live up to expectations and beat Georgia Tech Next Week?
3.Ohio State
A strong team despite its loss to Texas, this team is great.
Big Q: Can they beat Michigan? They did last year.
4. Florida State
A good team, upset Miami(Florida) Opening Week, and managed to beat Boston College This Week.
Downfall Teams
Oklahoma
Not having a very good year. Losses to UCLA this week and TCU Opening week sting the Sooners.
Pittsburgh
Things are Tough for the Panthers. they are 0-3, and have the Conference games coming up. sure, you may say Pitt's not that good, but their losses:
Notre Dame, Ohio
and Nebraska.
UNDER THE RADAR
Iowa
Hawkeyes are often overlooked. They were second in the Big Ten last year, seperated by a loss to Michgan.
Purdue
Another often overlooked team is the Purdue Boilermakers, a team that played Extremely well last yeear, but failed to put it in last year.
